CHRIST CHURCH, QUARRY BANK

Christ Church is located at Quarry Bank in what was originally a remote part of the parish of Kingswinford. This church is very similar to Holy Trinity, Amblecote as both were built using yellow fireclay bricks. The architect was Thomas Smith who also designed St John's at Brockmoor, Brierley Hill. However, whereas St John's was built in the neo-Norman design, Christ Church was built in the Early English Style.
